Reuvein Marcus and Judith Marcus sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4 Westwood Lane in Lincolnshire to Ronald Olson for $565,000 on Oct. 21.

The Marcuses paid $750,000 for the property in June 2006. The 2,714-square-foot home was built in 1968 in the South of Half Day Road neighborhood.

Mr. and Mrs. Marcus are co-founders of JR Marcus Inc., a Denver, Colo.-based seminar and training company specializing in general dental practices.

Mr. Marcus has more than 20 years of experience in dental practice management. Prior to forming the company, he worked in an accountancy practice.

Mrs. Marcus is the senior consultant for JR Marcus Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 69 home sales in Lincolnshire during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $467,500.
