Anesthesiologist settles in Highland Park 5BD

Dr. Joshua Herskovic and Ethel Herskovic bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2036 Malory Lane in Highland Park from Catherine A. Lio for $850,000 on Oct. 22.

The 3,588-square-foot house in the Highland Park West neighborhood was built in 1978.

Dr. Herskovic is an anesthesiologist in Lake Forest Hospital.

He received his M.D. from Wayne State University and completed his residency at the University of Illinois.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 243 sales in Highland Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $424,000.
