Vijay Kotte and Shiraz Kotte bought a five-bath home at 343 Fairview Ave. in Deerfield from La Salle 115 Holdings, LLC Series 18 SFR for $1.2 million on Oct. 5.

The 6,383-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Deerfield Southwest.

Vijay Kotte is the president of Episode of Care. He previously served as president of the Midwest Region of Wellcare Health Plans. He also became the president and chief executive officer of Vertisy, Inc., and senior consultant at BearingPoint-Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

He attended Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Emory University Goizueta Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 264 home sales in Deerfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $328,750.
