Herbert Kroeplin owned this condo and was the former owner of Sheet Metal and Conveyor Inc. in 1996 when he passed away. The company was a producer of massive custom-engineered products such as ash conveying and air pollution control equipment. He and his brothers sold the company in the mid-1980's.

World War II pilot/company founder owned this condo

Carl Thorkelson owned this condo and was the founder and president of two materials handling equipment companies in 2007 when he passed away. He founded Thornell Associates and Interthor Inc. Thorkelson was a B-17 bomber pilot during World War II and flew 24 combat missions over Germany.
