I showed my rental clients tons of places in several communities. This rental offering blew them away, and they grabbed it immediately. The building and grounds are on the "dressed up" side, the garage ramps are heated for snow-free driving, the units have radiant heat (virtually no need to run the in-unit furnace), a fully separate laundry room in-unit, a full sized balcony overlooking the main retail district and the Metra train station (up high enough so it is not an issue), pet friendly, huge kitchen, storage closet right in front of the garage parking space, and so on. Convenient to major streets, O'Hare Airport, shopping, restaurants. Hard to stop talking about what is right about this condo building (Library Courte). Did I mention the well-run management company and condo association? Really on top of their game. A pleasure to do business in this building.
